Guntersville Bass Don’t Seem To Mind The Heat! But man has it been hot, I’d say we are in the dawg days of summer but the fishing begs to differ! Some days are alike and some are so far from what we have done on other days, keeping an open mind seems to be the key and when the conditions are right that technique it really works. With the grass not being what Guntersville is known for its really changed the way we approach the lake and finding the new hiding places isn’t really easy to pattern.
When you look at the pics you’ll notice a spinning reel in some of them, and for all that know me I’m not a spinning reel fan …. until now this new Paradigm Reel by Duckett is pretty sweet I’ve found myself using it, these reels will be easy to add to your arsenal, here are some things that I like.
- Light Weight
- Smooth
- I can actually cast it ( till theres no more line 30# SX1 with 12lb Sniper)
- Drag System
- Looks Really Cool
Seeing some 90 degree water / water clarity is clear like 3-5 ft of visibility and dingy in other areas
We’ve caught some dandy and some good ones , we’ve had customers that have never fished before to experienced, some from U.S.A. to England its a great time to be guiding.
Heres some of the catches
