Mixed in some new with the old today and the new water is by far the most productive even if it is mudding up. So the fishing seemed a little slow for bigger bites but the smaller guys would peck at our lures pretty often. We fished in South Sauty and Mink Creek today and seen several good size bass on bed like 6 pounds easy, we did not mess with them much my clients enjoyed looking at them for a little bit. So we tried to mix it up some and not a lot has changed the NetBait B Bug Texas Rigged was the weapon of choice (Black Blue) and we started mixing in the BK Swimbait paired with Boyd Ducketts 4×4 Head Hunter on some shallow points inside mink and ended up catching some Crappie.
